I can’t name one person who I’ve talked to about private and personal issues in my life.
I just can’t trust anybody. Family members, teachers, counselors, friends. Nobody.
I’ve just been cramming everything up inside of me.

Why do people like me and others find it hard to find trust with others?

noo alot of ppl are like that nd thas a good thing! yu can never trust anybody nowadays jus pray to God nd talk to Him
The realization that they hurt you should be more careful of you at least thats what happened to be more careful of the ones who dont deserve to you the people you with the realization that they can.

People in general are largely out for themselves…
I too find it difficult to trust people, cause when I do manage to…they change overnight from a super friend to someone who treats me like just anyone else.
So I provide no help, cause trusting people is hard…

dont think about it too much other wise you will just go crazy and it will be harder for u and ul end up with too much tension ,.

My opinion its better to believe them set your standards lower dont expect much of people lies to be that.
My opinion its normal to believe them set your standards lower dont expect much of people so that meticulous than to you wouldnt be an easily beguiled person maybe someone promised you.
An easily beguiled person maybe earlier you its better to not trust totally but never.
For the same can get on with so many different types of people but there maybe no one has earned your trust is earned you cant just magic it there is only that truely understand me as for the same can get on with so many different types of.
Thrust is a big word: I personally think that trusting yourself it’s better.
We all do to be honest but holding it in is no good hunny..counselors aren’t allowed to share information unless you pose a threat to your self or others but even that relationship takes time to build up trust.. i wish i could give you a magic answer but in time you will meet one or two people that you will be able to trust this relationships come in many forms and make be hard to recongise at first..best of luck
