Try to think of what started this. did somebody hurt u? were u hurt somewhere recently?
i have a feeling that you feel very vulnerable in these situations? try to realize that you are you, you are who you are, and that not everyone is out to judge you. you dont have to have a firm set of feelings right now. maybe this is a phase. maybe you are in this state of confusion for a reason. just remember that other people do not define who you are. you do. your actions and your choices and your thoughts and your intentions. if other people seem to have hidden agendas, try to figure out what that agenda is if there really is one. if you have so much trouble finding it, and clues have not been dropped, maybe it is your imagination.
