Hi,

I’m currently in the process buying into a consultancy as a director and wanting to know if a family trust would be suitable. If so, I’ll look at contacting a Lawyer for more info.

I’m mid 20’s with a fiancee, no kids and a house in Queensland. Is a family trust something I should be looking at? Has anyone had any bad experiences?
info info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Barbara
