Mommy of 4 asked:

One thing that someone could do to lose your trust. What could be done that is so terrible to get to the point of no return?

For me? I just found out that my cousin and ex best friend slept with my ex husband. But their defense is, that it happened after he and I split up.. Does anyone agree with me that friends and family should never cross that line of sleeping with each others ex’s?

How does someone get past having commitment/trust issues in relationships in general?

johnniefreefall asked:

By commitment/trust issues, I mean mainly myself. I have a hard time getting close to people and when things are good, they’re good. For some reason though, I just can’t help but mess the situation up as time goes on. Friends, family, boyfriends, just can’t get it fully together. Could it be past emotional damages that keep me from being a genuine, honest, trustworthy person, or is it just me?

How can you really trust someone who says you can trust them even though it’s a family member who has hurt you?

Eric asked:

If a relative has hurt you in a way that you cannot really explain to others because they told you that you could trust them no matter what just because you are your blood. But the trust was broken in a way that makes you question can you trust that person ever again?

How do I collect money from my trust fund?

twubeam asked:

My mother passed away when I was young and she left me a trust fund with one of my aunts as trustee. I believe I am now of age when I am eligible to collect part of the fund, but how should I write my aunt (the trustee)? I want to be warm and nice, but I find it difficult to talk or write about money with family. My birthday was about two months ago and I was expecting her to approach me, but since she hasn’t and I live far away, how should I phrase an e-mail like this?

What do all we need to do to take a step toward trust and truth and not have to hide harm?

Arhick asked:

We seem to be caught in a catch 22 of needing to protect our selves from those who will cause harm(physical, financial, or emotional). It’s like a bad divorce that each person wants the advantage or upper hand. Everone around them gets hurt (family, friends, children) They can’t stop the flood of lies, decit, or doubt because of the harm it may cause them. Just stop, take a breath and look in the mirror and say,” What can I do to make this right.” and mean it inside, not just words. The trust is broken in the world and I just wonder what and how many is would take to stop. Just one? Sacrifice the moment it takes to help a person that needs it and don’t think of something in return. It doesn’t have to be money. You have already seen or know someone needs you right now. Try to help without worrying about guarding yourself. Bring back the trust in the world and everything else will fall into place. I’m doing it here. One person at a time. How many will it take to bring back trust?

My aunt 96 has dementia was taken to a lawyer by family & got an Irrevocable Trust?

Help Truly Needed asked:

She didn’t understand what she was signing. The family that are on the trust don’t even come to see her just waiting for her to expire. I am her legal guardian and don’t have money to fix this. Currently, she is doing well but her affairs need to be properly put in order. I even have a piece of documentation from 1 of the trustees that states she didn’t know what she was doing. Another trustee sold one of her properties to her husband, which they now own. My aunt was taken advantage of & will be defrauded out of more property. What can I do to stop this and get her property deed changed back into her name?

Can we trust somebody who even lies about the way their family name is pronounced?

Owen Newitt’s duck asked:

Thinking here of Boehner the loner, minority guy in the House. His name is not pronounced “Bayner” in any language on earth. It was cause of a lot of humor during World War II when Hitler’s buddy of the same name was discussed. Many off=colour puns.

If all the property a married couple live on is in a trust from husbands family, what happens if he dies?

by admin ~ February 23rd, 2010

WeltReisende asked:

It is an old trust which makes it so the husband is the one running it but he has no rights to sell it and it gets passed to his grandson (somehow this makes it so no one ever has the control needed to sell). So what happens when he dies? Does his wife get kicked out as it is now under his son’s (from prev relationship, they have no children together) charge until the grandson is old enough to take charge? Or does she retain rights, as his spouse of 25 years, to live there and receive income from the land until she dies?
