popcan asked:
My wife’s family would like to form a group to manage some family owned property they have for future generations. There are 6 siblings and a paralegal told one of them that they could form an LLC ( Limited Liability Corporation). They were considering forming a trust. Whats the difference?

I don’t want necessarily to disregard her wishes but in todays economy, humans can use these funds a lot more then animals. I love animal also but I love my children and family more and there are members of our family that are disabled who could really use this money. This money originally came from my grandparents and she was entrusted to disburse it when my grandmother died instead my grandmothers will disappeared and my uncle and aunt kept the money. I want to see the right thing done with the funds.

Nola asked: How many of you are survivors of abuse, and no longer have contact with your family because you refused to PRETEND the abuse never happened, or could not heal around family members who PROTECTED the abuser?
Have you had family members tell you they would DENY the abuse if it came up, or who flat out LIED to others for the purpose of discrediting you, to once again protect the abuser who was their spouse, sibling, child, ect? It’s the ultimate betrayal to have an entire family deny your abuse knowing you were the victim.
I’ve forgiven so that I can move on with my life, and heal my trust issues and fears of relationships, but would still like to hear from other survivors.
The last time I spoke with my mom about the abuse, was when she went on and on about how fortunate we were that my uncle took care of us after my mom found the courage to leave my abusive dad. After 10 minutes of hearing her praise him, I said mom, have you forgotten the abuse, and she says to me, that’s in the past, stop being a trouble maker and get over it. I had to accept, that some relationships are too far gone to be healed, and it’s best to move on and let God handle things in his way.

I have tried several doctor’s, and can’t seem to find anyone who gives a crap! I really need to find someone I can trust who acts like they care. I have tried referral’s from friends, etc., but can’t seem to find the right fit for my family. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Cody asked: How important is it to have someone in your life who you can trust entirely, tell anything to? Someone to confide in, and ask advice for? Would someone without a friend or family member like this be effected negatively or positively?
I ask this because i dont open up to many people. I have only my older brother, and i tell him things i would tell no one else, but there are even a few things i wouldnt tell him, and i dont trust his judgement entirely. Is this bad?

Mommy of 4 asked: One thing that someone could do to lose your trust. What could be done that is so terrible to get to the point of no return?
For me? I just found out that my cousin and ex best friend slept with my ex husband. But their defense is, that it happened after he and I split up.. Does anyone agree with me that friends and family should never cross that line of sleeping with each others ex’s?
