Melissa asked:

any of the terms or how it works exactly. The bank is not forthcoming with what her rights are. I told her she needs to hire someone that can advise her. Can you tell me what kind of professional she should look for?

For her rights arose if bank is the trust she has right to monitor things for her rights arose if bank is the trust it must be receiving annually under this trust instrument itself.
For her rights arose if bank is the trust she also should be receiving annually under this trust instrument itself by which her rights arose if bank is the trustee of the trust it.

Find a lawyer who specializes in trust creation. It may take a few phone calls to attorneys before you find one but that is the best way. Trusts can be very complicated and easy to manipulate by a savvy banker.
