The years thats already in for one session to be let out find therapist your comfortable speaking with its all that negative inside needs to be let off some.

First of all if you don’t trust anybody, then maybe you should start hanging out with new people, try to mingle with trust worthy people.
Also support groups and counsellors are good ways to find new people and it will be confidential, especially between a counselor.
Remember there are always new people to meet who are trustworthy.
See a pschycologist, or/and you could try a therapy form I often use; write. Write a letter about what is bothering you, like you write to a close friend. But you don’t send this letter. Just put it in an envelope and seal it. Then you can keep it or burn it or whatever. It sounds a bit weird, but it works! And you don’t have to watch your word. If you feel like writing that you want to kill someone, then you wont get any weird reactions if you write.
