An anxiety disorder there are medications that also you meet them and see how they act if someone burns me after get to trust you meet them trust everyone as you do not have to do with them again make people after trusted them will have to trust everyone as you with them will.
An experience you are afraid that is just an experience you wont like it is nothing more if you will limit.
Many people have trust issues.
One recovery practice says to challenge those negative thoughts and replace them with more rational thoughts, then your behavior will change. It’s a process and has to be practiced every day all day – but it works.
There are both REBT (rational emotive behavioral therapy) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). A counselor can tell you how they work and can help you nail down your core issues.
