family trust
Help Truly Needed asked:

She didn’t understand what she was signing. The family that are on the trust don’t even come to see her just waiting for her to expire. I am her legal guardian and don’t have money to fix this. Currently, she is doing well but her affairs need to be properly put in order. I even have a piece of documentation from 1 of the trustees that states she didn’t know what she was doing. Another trustee sold one of her properties to her husband, which they now own. My aunt was taken advantage of & will be defrauded out of more property. What can I do to stop this and get her property deed changed back into her name?

If you can’t get a lawyer’s help you must go to your local police station, they may help or point you in the right direction. Fraud etc is still a crime.

You need a lawyer. Google your state legal aid. They may be able to help you for free.

For being guardian by court before the fact she wasnt competent to make her legal guardian by court before the courts had already determined that she had legal guardian by court before the courts had already determined that she had already determined that she had already determined.
