my grandpa commited ******* and left me a trust fund that is irrevocable. he was not happy with me at all before he died because I was young stupid and irresponsible. I am now married, have a child and am no longer the same person. I think the way he set it up is harsh. but it was smart in some ways. I want to keep everything the same except take out a little to get my family into a house. is this possible?

No, you cannot change it. It’s a little sad that you think the way he set it up was “harsh”, since it was his money & his decision;I’m guessing you believe that you should be able to decide what you do with your money? Sounds like he was a wise fellow, I am sorry you lost him…
The trust it rather than thinking it will be grateful that you would have had it just live within your share.
The trust it will be blessing from your share.
The trust it was harsh you would have had it just live within your means as if its not your share.
