My family they say ill do this for you then they say ill do this for you then they go and turn their back on me they say its me who has the problem.

I have to say that I do not feel the same way. Actually, my family are the only people whom I trust, because i know they will not turn against me. But I understand that this totally depends on the family situation and as you seem to be saying, sometimes family cannot be trusted.
