I tried Google translate, but it’s not like I can trust those for accurate or appropriate translations, so none of that.

I want to translate something like “The X family” or “The family X”, X standing for any family name. The more classy or official the term is the better. I want it to be on an official sign.

Any help that doesn’t use Google translate is most appreciated.
