I have a relative that is a guardian of his grand daughter (the daughter passed away) when the daughter passed away her insurance gave $100,000 to the family which was put into a trust for the minor (grand daughter) when she turns 18, however the greedy gaurdian (grandfather) has taken out the money and used it all. Bank of America, made a mistake and let him withdraw the money, So im wondering can he go to jail or get in trouble?

If one’s spouse is the trustee and beneficiary of a family trust and receives a distribution of say $20K that is not a payment for his trustee duties, is this taxable income to him?

i have problems with parent interference i cheated once while my husband was incarcerated and told him about it trying to start things out right in our marriage of two years he was incarcerated the first year and has been home for 7 months his parents and other family members he listens to but not me it’s out of control and now there’s hurt and no respect in our relationship we have know communication he never wants to talk things out and he’s no longer home he moved back home with his parents

I’m sixteen year old male. I started drinking and drugs in eighth grade. Last tuesday i got arrested for possession when I was visiting my grandparents. Long story short, I’ve fucked up my trust with my family ALOT….. like ALOT….. I **** myself for what i’ve driven them all to. They gave me so many second chances that they must not have one ounce of humanity left in them for me. I didn’tional) realize how much pain i had caused until I was in a jail cell coming down from a high. It comes down to trust and i’ve lost all of it. I don’t know what to do now. I’m scared i won’t have their trust back for eternity. My mother looked at me today and told me straight out that I was a druggie that had flushed my gifts and that she was not going to be able to trust me. Please give me some tips to help understand them more so I can better earn it back. I’ve really lost myself in drugs and alcohol. Please help me, advice at all is appreciated. I’m desperate, i’ll do anything.

ok, my WHOLE family does not trust my boyfriend just cuz he is 3 years older. And not a virgin anymore.. i have until the 4th of July to get them to trust him what should i do?And he can’t come over either… HELP!

Are there any circumstances under which the trust that was set up for me can be broken by the lawyer administering it or by other family members without my consent? The family member who set it up is deceased and the executors are having some difficulties with the terms of the will. I think they want to get into the trusts to make more assets available for certain people because the assets that were designated for those people are not available elsewhere in the estate. My trust is the primary one they want to break, I suspect. I think it is the only one that could give them what they need. I am wondering if I have any right to keep them from breaking it. I am also afraid I would have to pay inheritance tax if they break my trust. One of the primary reasons the trust was set up [as I understand it] was to protect me from having to pay inheritance tax. I am sorry there is a problem with the will for anyone and wish for everyone to be treated fairly but I am very afraid that I will suffer significantly if my trust is broken. My trust was set up the way it is for specific reasons and I do not feel it should be violated. Am I apt to be allowed any voice in this?

First of all, its a long distance relationship going on 4 years. My bf is very trustworthy, and everything he tells me is completely validated, but is it still inappropriate that he is staying with her? Its not like hes homeless. He can always go live with his grandfather and every now and then stay with his other guy friends. But he’s too stubborn to because his grandfather annoys him. But i was in the same situation with my mom. and if i had to choose between living with a close guy friend and living with my mom, i would live with my mom out of respect for my bf. Because i was raised to believe that living/spending the night with an unrelated member of the opposite *** is inappropriate even if you’re single. Ok i’ll be honest, im a little insecure, but i do completely trust him and the girl. shes sweet, but i do get jealous and upset very often because she gets to spend a lot of time with him that i dont as an ldr couple. and he should be allowed to have fun and hang out with who he wants to, but sometimes i dont like that theyre 24/7 in the same house. And his grandfather and mom dont think its appropriate either. i mean, the girl’s aunt and 9 year old cousin live there as well so theyre not alone, (even though he spent two nights there alone with her?. And he stays online and i call him often so i know nothign is going on, but i still think its morally inappropraite that while im here, missing him like crazy, hes living with another girl who gets to be with him 24/7. and they watch tv together and play guitar hero and such. btw, im 19, hes 20. and other than this problem, we have a very healthy relationship.

You probably havent been in one as long as i have. and we both dont have a lot of money right now. please stop asking why arent we living together. its because we wouldnt have anywhere to live together. i have to stay and live with my grandmother to take care of her, and he’s working his *** off just to have somewhere to stay. stop telling me if he loved me he would do anything for me. Because I dont expect him to starve because Im selfish and i wanna go live with him. Please stop giving me advice on things that I dont need advice on. It’s ignorant and arrogant of you to assume things that I never even mentioned. Probably cause you watch way too much Dr. Phil. We have met in person and this is ONE problem I have had with him and I wanted someone else’s opinion. Not someone’s analysis of my whole relationship. Please answer the question I gave you, not your ignorant analysis.

My problem kinda goes like this.
I have an M.B.A, I come from an educated family.
My wife went to community college for one year and dropped out.
I have stayed in shape over the years and my wife has let herself go ( by gaining 40 lbs in a short time).
We live in a home that belongs to my family (it’s in an irrevocable family trust and I am the trustee).
My wife has restited all of my loving attempts to help her with her weight problem and other issues.
I have spent tons of money on cooking lessons for her, gym memberships, personal trainers, diet pills, Doctors etc.. she refuses to get into shape. I find her completely unatractive now and I have a hard time hiding it.
THis has been going on for 4 years now, I am at the end of my rope,actually have been for a while.
I actually had to get a prescription for viagra just to be able to have *** with her. I thought I had ED, but found out later (with my mistress) that I don’t need viagra…
I want to move my wife out to our summer cottage so I don’t have to hide my affections for my personal asistant any longer ( my girlfriend).
Previous attempts to get advice here have been unfruitful . It seems everyone thinks I am a lout for cheating on my wife, But I never cheated on her until she refused all efforts by me to help her to change her unatractiveness so that we could get back to having a normal relationship. I find that she absolutely is to blame for my affair and drove me to it by refusing to be attentive to my needs as her husband despite my loving attempts to correct her behaviour.
Sometimes I think my mother was right when she told me before we got married that “She’s no good for you, she’s from a different class of people” I hated hearing that years ago, now I am starting to believe it…

I am starting a business in the special needs sector. Many families are part of a trust fund (trustees) which give monthly funds to families caring for disabled family member(s). I’d like to know, where and how can I find out how many adults with disabilities are associated with a trust fund?
