We’ve been together almost 10 years. we have 3 girls. she cheated on me with her first baby father. This is not somebody you can just get rid of. he’s always going to be there because of his daughter. I checked the phone records and found out that they talk all the time. She even get’s up early before work and calls him and after work she would call him with me in the house. She’s trying to tell me it was just phone ***. *** has been an issue with us for years and I could never understand why we couldn’t fix it. It’s hard for me to believe that no *** was going on becuase it’s her baby father and she hasn’t been having *** with me. She would make me wait 3 or 4 weeks sometimes and I couldn’t figure out why. I don’t have proof that she had *** with him but it’s just hard to believe that she didn’t. How can I trust her again? I don’t know what to do.

I am trying to help my father with a trust in which he is a trustee. My father and his brother, my uncle, are the trustees. My father’s relationship with his brother is not great and he feels something wrong is going on. The trust states that there will be yearly accounting records, my dad has never seen them. My father had a joint account with my Uncle, but he never gets statements as to what money is in the bank.
My question is this. How do we find out what my father owns? He thinks he may have stocks in the family trust but he never got any statements, all of a sudden this year he gets a check for $270 in dividends from MetLife that state family trust. He thinks his signature may have been forged on deeds for land.
Do I need a lawyer to find this info out? What type of lawyer?
I believe the tax papers have been filed by his brother, the other trustee. The problem is all of the info goes to his brother, regarding taxes, bank statements, etc. His brother is intentionally not showing him the accounting.

its not like there is a big reason i just dont trust and it causes anxiety mostly when i get a bf.how do i overcome this ? i dont think i even know the difference between following my gut insticts on people and being paranoid and insecure
please dont tell me i need to be medicated because i dont believe in that.that will just temporarily hide my real issues

So, my sister and I both do martial arts. We have been doing it for 8 years and are both black belts. I turned 16 on thursday and she turned 18 yesterday.
She is really into Demo Team. The Instructor he does the Demo team is super good at martial arts, and through out the years our family has built trust with him.
Until Friday, we learned that he had taken her to a bday dinner alone, to Seattle, (We live in Kirkland, so its closeish..)
It was supposed to be a bunch of people but it was just him and her, he is in his late 30′s.
He told her that she has become an attractive young lady and that he had an attraction to her, and telling her that things have changed between them. And that some guys on the team were worried they were becoming too close. My sister is very ignorant and didnt know what was happening before this point.
He is married and has 2 little girls. My sister is quitting martial arts and Demo team, I have the choice to quit.
He did not touch her innappropriatly though
If I quit, I would go to a diffrent martial arts academy about 10 minutes farther away. The same type of martial arts. I would be able to keep my belt.
Do you think I should leave?
There are two teachers at my school. The creepy old man who lost all of our trust. And another man who is great and still has my familys trust. He teaches most of the classes.
My sister mentioned that a couple months ago the gross old man started more ground sparring. When before they never did it. (This is when you are laying on top of eachother. For guys it is a blast to be against girls… He is a gross old man.)

The type of martial arts that I do is very diffrent. There are only a few schools. There were 3 that were all connected before the founder decided to go off alond. So it was just us and the other school. My school decided to break off so we are all on our own but with the same teachings and stuff.
So I already know the other instructors.
One more thing. I have to give a reason for wanting to leave. But it didnt happen to me, it happened to my sister.

Well i lied to my best friend once and that was it and now she cant trust me any more but i dont know wat to do and i have been trying to get her to trust me again for the past 6 months and she never tells me any thing anyore and i feel relly bad for lying to her and i regret ever lyingto her so can any one help me i need it its for me and ny best friends relationship HELP PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZz

she convinced the bank holding the trust funds to release all the money to her without the knowledge of the executor. or paper work proving she had legal right to do it.? could the bank also be busted for allowing this to happen with out paperwork .?
yes 50/50 but the trust stipulates what trustee and co trustee duties are. and how and when the money can be distributed. she violated all of them

My Wifes Dad is really making my life a living hell. He has lost my trust by being a horrible father and also a horrible grandfather. He is always hurting the people around him by lying and cheating and doing bad things. example: He has shown my 5 year old son pornographic photos of a woman that he was involed with as if to be braging about it. My son told me that he was saying oohhh yeah look at her ahh yeah! What the hell! Then a week passes and he talks his way out of it with my wife and the grandmother. Now a year later he does some stupid crap again and this time its worse! My wife is always crying and he really hurt everyone around him. He is acting like nothing has happened at all! No remorse! No apolagies! Nothing! And now because my wife and mother in law are so used to this they forgive him and give in to his mealy mouth exscuses! I can not be so forgiving and it is making things worse. I cannot trust this man to be alone with my children. What would u do? =(

And If you were talking to this person and he/she gave you dirty looks and rolled their eyes at your opinions, how would you be able to keep a healthy self esteem? Would it be hard to remember the truth about yourself?
