i own two domesticated outdoor cats, but every time I feed them a stray cat would come and eat after I leave. But he runs away whenever I come back. How can I get him to trust me so he can be part of the family?

We have a second home in California that’s been in the family for multiple generations. It’s currently owned by one of my parents, who is no longer interested acting as its steward. We’d like to transfer ownership of it to a trust that is jointly owned and controlled by me and my siblings and our cousins.
What are the mechanics for doing this? How do these sortsof trusts work? Any good references of people who can help us set this up? Any tax implications we should be aware of?

my parents passed away and left myself and 4 siblings a living trust with farming property. We are trying to sell this land but still farming in the mean time. We pay taxes on our farming income but also keep a bank account plus a CD to pay for farming materials, taxes, etc. We keep the CD in the trust as a back up in case there is some expense that our bank account cannot handle. Is there a problem doing this? Will we have to pay additional taxes or penalties for keeping this CD in our trust? thank you for any thoughts

Im upset right now because my boyfriend has just told me that people have been saying not to trust me. I don’t understand why really. It maybe because all i hang around is guys and the way i come off is as “flirting” all the time. I love my boyfriend and I’m tired of people trying to mess up our relationship its pissing me the f*** off. I really don’t know what to do right now…I already think he doesn’t trust me…and he’s believing these “rumors”. HELP!?

Okay…so I want to get either my lip or my eyebrow peirced on my sweet 16 since my mom seems to be happier on my bday.
I’m leaning more towards getting an eyebrow peircing like Bill’s.
I’m not just doing it because Bill or Tom has one but I want one similar to theirs!
So which peircing do you think is better..do you agree with an eyebrow one?

I was just wondering if ,hypothetically, if you were in a position where your family wanted you to end of being a failure, how would you deal with it? And also they were getting out side people to help along and you couldn’t really trust that many people, how would you deal with that too?

What do you do when the person you trust the most betrays you in the worst way possible? When that person lies not only to you, but jeopardizes your future, as well as your future with that person?
Is it really possible to forgive and forget? I still deeply love the person who betrayed me, but my family urges me to stay away. My heart wants to forgive, but my head says to move on. What would you do?

i have been with my boyfriend for 4 years
me and his family have had problems on and off
the problem is, ive seen how his family treats little kids
example: when his mom is baby sitting her “goddaughter”, his brother and sister (13 &15) call her names such as Bit**, as**ole, brat ect. they push her around, spin her on chairs and then push her off so she walkes into walls, basically they are very rude and treat her very bad. this little girl is only 1 and a half by the way.
even though his brother and sister are only 13 and 15, i know they know right from wrong.
(this is just one example)
but while all this is going on, his mom dosnt say anything,
it really bothers me.
so i really need advise on what i should do because i do not trust them alone with my baby. they are just so irresponsible, and careless and they are very rude to me too.
what should i do?
any advise i will greatly appreciate.

Even people you’ve known all your life? What about family members? Do you trust family because they family? Is it easier to trust family or harder?

I am paying on a mortgage. Should I consider placing it in a trust? It is our primary residence, only residence. I want to protect it from anyone who may ever try to sue me, or my family. We live in Illinois. So what are the advantages or disadvantages? Cost of putting in trust? Property is worth about 150k. What about if I wanted to sell the property down the road. Which will probably happen? Maybe even in a year or two? Thanks.
