The estate is paid in full. I am unemployed at this time. will courts make me sell the house in california over the 3k due to creditor or will they let me make payments? what can i expect to happen?

I ask this because i dont open up to many people. I have only my older brother, and i tell him things i would tell no one else, but there are even a few things i wouldnt tell him, and i dont trust his judgement entirely. Is this bad?

I am CONSTANTLY wondering what so and so thinks of me, if that group of people I passed is laughing at me, or if something as innocent as a smile means the person thinks I’m a joke.
I don’t know where these thoughts come from, any ideas on how I can start trusting people again?
