Is this the best way to go about it or should I leave the money to a responsible member of my family and ask them to put it in a trust and ask that they money only be used for college expenses until the kids are 21?

Ok, this is my story, I’m 18 years old, my girlfriend is 23, i met this girl at work, and we became friends, we started spending alot of time together just as friends, she had a B/F but always talked about how he treated her badly, well long story short she broke up with him, which was good because he was a dirtbag, and im not just sayin that cuz i luv her. but anyways 2 weeks later we started going out and she took my virginity, i moved in with her and agreed to pay 1/2 of everything. well all went good for about month and then this girl at work told her that this other girl was hanging all over me (shes engaged btw) and it was not true wat so ever, i luv this girl to death and dont even dream about other girls) well that night we got into an argument and she slapped me, then she said shes going out to the bar to meet up with another guy ( which she didnt she just said it to make me mad) so when she left i packed my **** up and started driving, she went to my house looking for me and
cut one of my moms tires, but we talked and made up and all was good, then 2 days later she brought it up again and we started arguing, she told me to “STFU” and i said “no you shut up” and i was setting on the bed, she then jumped on top of me and hit me in the face a few times, then after i restrained her she spit in my face, then i went to my parents and she went to work, then i went to work and we argued there, she then slapped me and we broke up, she then slased 2 of my tires, so i called my mother for a ride and she talked me into calling the pigs, so they charged her with destruction of property, we then both filed for VPOs on each other and she called DHS on my parents about my lil sister, 1 week later we started talking again and hung out that night and have spent the last 3 days together and it had been great and he have talked about what went wrong and both of us want to be with each other and stay calm but she still sumwat distrusts me and my parents **** her to death help
