I know this is kinda strange but these arent nice and safe days we used to live in. People are low down scumb, and just nasty. When you married your spouse, did you trust his/her family with your kids? For instance, staying over, going out on vacations, babysitting, the movies, etc. Do you do that with family, inspect them? Would you trust brother in law who isnt married and has no kids to take your daughters to the movies or amusement park, or sister in law whose boyfriend just got out of jail to take your sons out? What about cousin “betty” whose had a “troubled” past? Tell me about it, the news is strange these days, with killings,burglars and family’s doing some bizzare stuff to thier own blood. Or better yet, do you just not let your kids stay over with family from the spouses side ( except, maybe thier grandparents).

My parents were not rich but my dad worked very hard and saved a lot.My brother became the trustee just after my mom passed per the trust.My dad was unable to care for himself any longer.so he was placed in a home.He died a short time later.He died Aug. of 07. How long should it take to close a trust out. Thank you.
