My family is torn over the fact that my parents left money to me. I am the youngest,at times I feel when that time comes I should refuse it. I took care of my parents. I did my best ! No one else would even bother so what I get is a good chunk. Seems as tough my family has no use for me. I have endured so much pain. I was adopted at 11 months yet so my brother and sister,.They left my nephew executor. His thing is about money. I thought I knew him. I want to do my life now for me . I did so my life for my parents. I cheated myself but I have been free to live nowand with my own choices. I don’t want any problems my dad is pretty sick and I am so afraid to deal with court. Do I need a Lawyer? No changes can be done,its my nephewis the one I don’t trust. Should I just sign it over to my kids?

It’s a long story but I just walked in my friend’s house and got in trouble. They said if I passed a drug test I could come back in 3 days, and I did. Technically, I just got suspened for skipping school because my friend’s were smoking during lunch and off school campus. My whole family is mad at me mainly because I’m the youngest in the family. My siblings act like my parents as well. How could I gain their trust back? They took my cell phone away and won’t let me hang out with anyone from my school. I think even though I passed the drug test they still think I smoked… Now, to make matters worse, I’m getting my grades and its FAR from a 4.0 (like a 2.9 i think). What can I do?
