I am looking at transferring my home that I have owned for 2 years into the family trust name (me, my father, my brother and my daughter) But I have no idea what I need to do, how to do it, or what I have to pay to do it. (I’m an australian resident)
Just wanting ‘general’ information, not definite by the book.

I lost my daughter in a house fire on 8/29/07 she was 12 yrs old. I cannot deal with all the drama of my family. I haven’t spoke to my family. I have had to deal w/the loss of my daughter, my home and my family. I need help to be forgiving. Any and all suggestions is appreciated. Right now I stay clear of them all, to heal.

This is in reference to a second home that is used for a vacation home and the title is in a family trust. If it is sold the capital gain tax would be substantial if the basis is from when the house was originally bought. It was put into the family trust in 2004, and an appraisal was made at that time.
